In 2019, Ofi consolidated Famisanar's workplace services into multiple categories, including device-as-a-service and managed print services across the country. Ofi is currently delivering exceptional service, achieving 97% on its service level agreement on a consistent basis.

- Results:The devices as a service solution is implemented with equipment growth during the execution of the service, ensuring inventory control and the proper functioning of the devices supplied. The help desk provides its services on site with 8 support analysts on site to guarantee the quality of the service offered and the fulfilment of the service level agreements by 97% on a monthly basis.
