Amarilo consolidates Workplace
Amarilo is one of the largest construction companies in Colombia. The company develops housing and business projects including houses, flats, warehouses, offices and commercial premises.
In 2019, Amarilo took the decision to consolidate its workplace services across all of its sites. Today, Ofi provides Amarilo with managed print services, device-as-a-service, Office 365 and, most importantly, its integrated help desk through Ofi's Single Point of Contact (PUC), Amarilo's internal users have a single pane of glass for all their workplace needs.
- Need:They required the contracting of level 1, 2 and 3 support services for the users of the sales rooms, on computer equipment and technology services, as well as the supply of computer equipment as a service.
- Solution:A technology services solution was designed for the provision of Help Desk and IT Support services including: remote level 1 support service provision, on-site technical support for salesrooms and construction sites, inventory management, ORACLE platform administration, and platform and Office 365 administration.
- Results:During the months of operation of the service, the help desk has been consolidated as a point of contact for the attention and solution of incidents and technology requests and 97% compliance with the Service Level Agreements, strengthening the provision of the service and extending its validity by an additional 24 months.
